This privacy policy is applicable to the Fluid Track app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by Daenwon (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is provided "AS IS".
The Application is designed to operate fully locally on your device. It does not require any user registration, account creation, or sign-in. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or access any personal identifiable information (such as your name, email address, display name, or profile photo).
All application data, logs, and tracking metrics are stored securely within a local database (Room/SQLite) on your mobile device. The Application provides built-in features allowing you to manually export your data into a JSON file for backup purposes, as well as import previously saved JSON backup files to restore your records. These data management tasks are executed entirely on your device via the secure Storage Access Framework (SAF). The resulting files are controlled solely by you, and the Service Provider has no access to their contents.
The Application does not automatically collect or transmit any technical data to the Service Provider. Any memory management or limited system operations happen strictly inside the local runtime environment of your mobile operating system.
This Application does not gather, request, or monitor precise or real-time information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide any core features.

Since the Service Provider does not collect, transmit, or store your data on any external servers, your information cannot be shared or disclosed to third parties, advertising entities, or government bodies by the Service Provider.

The Application does not knowingly collect or solicit any data from children under the age of 13. Since all data is kept strictly on the user's personal device and no data is transmitted externally, the Service Provider does not have access to any data generated by any user, including children.
The confidentiality of your information is safeguarded by the sandboxing architecture of the Android operating system. While the Service Provider does not hold or process your data on remote servers, please remember that securing the backup JSON files exported to your device's local storage or your personal cloud drives is your individual responsibility.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
